The function of the vortex plates in the spray tower is as follows

The rotary disc spray tower is an efficient purification device. It is also known as the square rotating tower, rotating purification tower, and rotating dust removal tower. In recent years, significant progress has been made in its application in smoke gas dust removal and desulfurization. Its prominent advantages are: high purification efficiency, strong anti-blocking performance, and long corrosion resistance and service life. The purification tower is mainly composed of the main swirling part, the filling part, the spray part, the water circulation part, and the centrifugal fan.

On the spray tower with vortex plates, there are multiple "high-load vortex tanks" and efficient demisting plates (these plates can also be installed on auxiliary towers). A solid filler ball is placed in the vortex tube to purify sulfides or nitrogen oxides. The upper demisting plate purifies the water mist and achieves the purpose of dehydration and demisting. The inner vortexer rises and contacts the liquid vortexers from the top of the tower on each plate to complete the dust removal and desulfurization tasks; the centrifugal force of the cyclone tower causes the large particles in the smoke to settle in the pool, and finally, the box is manually cleaned to ensure that the gas is purified and discharged in compliance with standards. At the same time, the water inside the tower can be recycled and will not cause pollution.

The advantages of the vortex spray tower are as follows

The cyclone tower is a dust treatment equipment. Its structure is the same as that of the spray tower. The main difference lies in the replacement of the grid plate and packing material with cyclone blades. The first layer uses clockwise blades for spraying, the second layer uses counterclockwise blades for spraying, achieving a change in the direction of gas flow from clockwise to counterclockwise, thereby allowing the dust to flow to the bottom of the tower. The third layer is the large and small head dehumidification layer, which prevents the moisture from following the gas and flowing out for discharge.
