A dust collector is a device that separates dust from the flue gas. Boiler dust collectors are commonly used as auxiliary equipment in boilers and industrial production. Its function is to remove the particulate smoke dust from the flue gas emitted by the boiler fuel, thereby significantly reducing the amount of smoke dust discharged into the atmosphere. This is an important environmental protection equipment for improving environmental pollution and enhancing air quality.

Nine items for dust collector maintenance:

After the dust collector is put into use, it should be managed by a dedicated person. The manager should be familiar with the working principle and performance of the dust collector, master the debugging and maintenance methods of the dust collector, and establish operation records.

(2) Replace the expired sealing packing regularly.

(3) The stabilizing air bags at the inlet of the steam separator and the gas storage tank need to be deflated once per shift, and the safety valve should be inspected once a year. The filter material of the water separator should be replaced every six months.

(4) Regularly inspect the working condition of the blowout prevention system. If the diaphragm, spring, electromagnetic valve, etc. are damaged, they should be replaced in time. Before replacement, close the stop valve and discharge the compressed air in the stabilizing airbag to prevent accidents.

(4) Regularly inspect the O-ring seals of the nozzles. If any signs of aging, deformation or detachment are observed, they should be replaced immediately.

(6) Be sure to pay attention to the readings of the U-shaped pressure gauge. In case of any abnormal situation, you should promptly identify the cause and resolve the problem.

(7) Regularly inspect the exhaust port of the system. If the concentration at the discharge port significantly increases, the machine must be shut down for inspection.

(8) The reducer, rotating parts, and spiral bearings should be oiled regularly, and the worn-out parts should be replaced regularly.

(9) Keep the environment clean, ensure that the equipment is in good condition, and guarantee the normal operation of the dust removal system.
