Operation Procedures for Pulse Bag Dust Collector
(1) On-site operation
Turn off the power switch. The power indicator light will light up. Switch the local remote switching device to the local position (that is, turn the switching device all the way to the left). Press the fan start button. The fan will start running. Observe whether the fan is rotating in the correct direction. Once the fan rotation is normal, you can start the normal dust removal operation. After a period of time, if you need to clean and discharge the dust (if there is an air compressor, turn it on first and then clean the dust), then press the "Dust Cleaning Start" button. The pulse valves will open to clean the dust, and the screw conveyor and the discharge valve will also work simultaneously. If you need to end the dust cleaning operation, press the "Dust Cleaning Stop" button. If you want to completely stop the dust removal operation, press the "Fan Stop" button.
(2) Remote Control
Switch the local remote switching device to the program control position (by rotating the switch all the way to the right), and remotely start the short contact HJ of the unit. The fan starts running (if an air compressor is also present, the air compressor runs simultaneously). As long as the fan direction is correct, normal dust removal can be implemented. At this time, timed dust cleaning control is carried out, that is, the dust removal operation lasts for a period of time (adjustable to about 1 to 2 hours), and the dust cleaning control is automatically activated. After activation, the screw conveyor and the ash discharge valve automatically start working (adjustable for about 2 minutes). After working for a period of time, the dust cleaning is automatically stopped, and then the next automatic dust removal, cleaning and ash discharge cycle begins, until the remote stop contact TJ of the unit is delivered, and the unit stops.

(III) Notes:
The dust collector unit realizes online cleaning control.
2. The timing intervals for the unit's regular cleaning and the time for on-site cleaning are automatically executed by the time relay (which can be adjusted).
3. Before cleaning, make sure to open the valves on the air compressor and the equipment's air reservoir to ensure an air source and pressure.
1. According to
The dust volume of the pulse bag filter is determined by the regular cleaning and maintenance time.
2. Determine the frequency of water drainage based on the water accumulation in the air reservoir.
3. Regularly check whether the pulse cleaning system of the dust collector is operating normally. If it is not normal, focus on checking the loss of the pulse valve diaphragm, whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is malfunctioning, and replace them in time. The filter bags should be cleaned promptly and replaced at regular intervals.
4. Regularly check the operation of the equipment to ensure normality based on the fluctuations in the resistance of the pulse bag dust collector.
5. Regularly check the usage of the vulnerable parts according to the list of vulnerable parts.
6. Regularly replenish lubricating oil to the lubrication parts of the equipment. The reducer should have its lubricating oil changed every six months, and the lubrication points for bearings should be replenished once a week.
7. Pay attention to checking whether the sealing of the electrical control box is intact to prevent water and dust from entering. Regularly clean the accumulated dust inside the electrical control box.
