This device consists of several components: spark detector, water spray system (nozzles), controller, pressurized water unit, and audible/visual alarm. When sparks travel into the main duct along with the airflow, the detection systems installed on both sides of the duct will identify the sparks based on their infrared characteristics. The spark signal is transmitted to the controller, which rapidly processes it at the millisecond level, immediately activates the corresponding high-pressure water extinguishing unit for operation, and triggers the audible and visual alarm. The high-pressure water solenoid valve ensures that the nozzles open instantly after the system signal is sent out, extinguishing the sparks within the shortest possible distance once they are detected. The high-speed nozzles cover the entire cross-section of the duct, making sure sparks at any angle inside the pipeline can be put out by the high-speed atomized water. This device extinguishes sparks before they enter the dust treatment equipment, effectively preventing fires and explosions, and safeguarding the safe operation of the dust removal system.

The spark detector probe captures sparks quickly and efficiently and sends out signals through a high-sensitivity infrared sensor, so that sparks can be intercepted instantly.

When the detector senses a spark, the system will automatically trigger audible and visual alarms to alert on-site personnel, and activate the high-pressure extinguishing device to put out the spark in time. The high-pressure water solenoid valve ensures that the nozzles open rapidly after the system signal is issued, extinguishing the spark in the shortest possible distance. The high-speed nozzles cover the full cross-section of the duct, guaranteeing that sparks at any position and angle inside the pipeline can be fully extinguished by the high-speed atomized water.

The pressurized water unit is designed to provide sufficient water volume and water pressure for timely spark extinguishing, ensuring the normal and stable operation of the water spray extinguishing process.

The controller receives signals transmitted from all probes, and activates the extinguishing unit in the corresponding zone to perform the spark suppression operation.
