Product Introduction

The catalytic combustion device is fully designed for purifying large-air-volume organic waste gas with low operating cost, and fully takes into account the safety of waste gas combustion, heat energy recovery and service life of the equipment. The catalytic combustion method uses platinum and palladium catalysts to oxidize organic pollutants in the waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at a relatively low temperature. Due to its low ignition temperature, it is an ideal method for treating organic pollutants through catalytic reaction (no open flame).

Adopts flameless combustion with multiple safety facilities, making the equipment operation safe and reliable.

Low ignition temperature, high heat exchange and heating efficiency, low energy consumption and low operating cost.

The equipment has a compact layout structure, small footprint, saves civil construction and installation costs, and is convenient for operation, maintenance and management.

Adopts a very complete waste heat recovery system to maximize waste heat recovery. No fuel is required during normal production, and it can generate superheated high-temperature steam, bringing significant economic benefits.

Uses a rectangular catalytic reactor, which is convenient for catalyst loading, replacement, installation and maintenance.

Targetedly adopts imported palladium-platinum stainless steel metal honeycomb catalysts, featuring high activity, excellent high-temperature stability (maximum temperature up to 730℃), high mechanical strength, long service life (4~5 years), low pressure drop, easy cleaning and wide adaptability.

Low ignition temperature: the catalytic ignition temperature is 230~370℃, which saves energy.

Compared with direct combustion, organic waste gas catalytic combustion has the remarkable characteristics of lower ignition temperature and lower energy consumption. In some cases, no external heating is required after reaching the ignition temperature.
