Product Introduction

Regenerative Thermal Oxidation (RTO) technology is the most commonly used method for VOCs destruction. Its basic principle is to decompose VOCs into CO₂ and H₂O at a temperature above 760℃. The regenerative system adopts high-heat-capacity ceramic regenerators, which directly store the heat from flue gas through direct heat exchange, achieving a waste heat recovery efficiency of over 95% and a VOCs treatment efficiency of 95%. It is suitable for treating VOCs waste gas with medium concentration (1000~5000 mg/m³) and air volume of 8000~30000 m³/h.

Product Features

Adopting regenerative heat exchange devices, the regenerative medium exchanges heat directly with the gas. The furnace has high radiant temperature and pressure, fast heating speed, and remarkable low-temperature heat exchange effect, resulting in extremely high heat exchange efficiency and maximizing the recovery of sensible heat from combustion products. It features high thermal efficiency, low flue gas exhaust temperature, significant energy-saving effect, and reduced fuel consumption, which means lower greenhouse gas emissions.

The temperature in the regenerator increases uniformly in stages, enhancing heat transfer in the furnace and achieving better heat exchange effect. Therefore, the furnace volume of an incinerator with the same treatment capacity can be reduced, greatly lowering the equipment cost.

The high-temperature flame combustion zone is expanded, with the flame boundary almost extending to the furnace wall. This makes the temperature inside the furnace uniform, which on one hand improves the purification efficiency, and on the other hand prolongs the service life of the furnace.

With thermodynamic conditions completely different from traditional combustion processes, it adopts staged combustion technology to release heat under delayed combustion. The furnace temperature rises uniformly, with low burning loss and good heating effect. There is no local high-temperature and high-oxygen zone that occurs in traditional combustion processes, inhibiting the generation of thermal NOₓ and achieving excellent environmental protection performance.

The overall temperature in the combustion chamber rises and the distribution becomes more uniform. The furnace temperature can reach 850~1100℃, with high airflow velocity, fast combustion speed, and long residence time of flue gas at high temperature in the furnace, ensuring complete oxidation and decomposition of organic compounds, delivering remarkable environmental protection effects.

Inert alumina ceramic balls are installed at the waste gas inlet to protect, buffer and filter the regenerative ceramics, prolonging their service life. The ceramic balls selected by our company feature high temperature and pressure resistance, low water absorption, stable chemical properties, high compressive strength, and are not easy to be poisoned.

The three-way switching damper adopts our company's proprietary structure, paired with reliable sealing materials, featuring fast switching, low wear, long service life and other advantages.

The system adopts PLC automatic combustion control, with high automation level, stable operation and high safety and reliability.

A reasonable heat recovery device can be configured according to the waste gas conditions. A thermal oil heater or waste heat boiler can be connected to the high-temperature combustion chamber, and the low-temperature flue gas can be used to preheat the waste gas, making full use of the waste heat from the waste gas treatment process.
