The dust is carried by the negative pressure airflow generated by the fan through the pipeline into the dust-containing chamber. It is then filtered and separated by the filter cartridge and reaches the clean room through the fan's action. The dust is blocked on the surface of the filter element. As the blocked dust continuously deposits on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference inside and outside the filter element also increases continuously. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the electromagnetic valve controlling the compressed air is opened. The compressed air flows through the pipeline into the reverse blowing cleaning system. Through the cleaning tubes of the cleaning mechanism, it instantly sprays onto the inner surface of the filter element, causing the dust particles deposited on the filter element to be lifted off by the high-pressure airflow and fall down, thus cleaning the entire surface of the filter element. The purified air is discharged through the air duct and by the fan.

The pleated cylindrical filter element is small in size but has a large filtration area. It is easier and more convenient to replace the filter element when installed horizontally.
