Product Introduction

When the dust removal system is operating, the dust generated at each dust-emitting point is collected. Under the attraction of the fan, it is transported through the ventilation duct system and introduced into the dust collector along with the dusty gas. Most of the larger dust particles are caused to fall into the storage silo due to inertia or natural settling. Some of the lighter and finer dust rises with the airflow and enters the bag chamber. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust is isolated and adheres to the outside of the filter bag. The purified gas is discharged through the filter bag via the fan, thereby purifying the dusty air. At the same time, an automatic control continuous pulse jet cleaning method is adopted, enabling the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag to quickly detach and be removed, allowing the filter material to regain its filtering ability. The retained and filtered dust settles in the dust storage chamber of the dust collector when a certain amount is reached, and is then discharged by the discharge system. The dust can be recycled or transported outside for processing by relevant departments. During cleaning, the system does not stop operation and does not affect production. The strong retention effect of the filter bag in the bag unit box separates and removes the dust, and the purified air is discharged in accordance with standards.
