1. Treatment of inert gas in the spray tower:

Although inert gases are not hazardous, when a large amount of them accumulate, they will reduce the oxygen content in the surrounding area, causing suffocation to people.

(1) Discharge in an appropriate outdoor location.

(2) If the gas cylinder or instrument is indoors, an exhaust pipe can be connected to it to allow the gas to be slowly discharged outdoors.

2. Treatment of the auxiliary gas for the spray tower:

(1) Before handling the auxiliary gas, all the powders, petroleum substances, grease substances and flammable materials adhering to the container valves or the equipment must be thoroughly removed.

(2) It is strictly prohibited to handle flammable gases and combustible gases in the same area or in close proximity to each other to prevent the occurrence of explosion accidents.

(3) When handling the gas that supports combustion, there should be no open flames, no combustible materials, and no explosive items around.

3. Treatment of flammable gases in the spray tower:

(1) For the emission of flammable gases, if the emission volume is large, it is advisable to choose a place with fewer people. Pay attention to prohibiting fire around and prepare corresponding fire extinguishers, sand and water.

(2) When discharging the flammable gas from the steel cylinder, the staff should operate from the side of the outlet to prevent the gas from spraying out and causing injury.

(3) When using the combustion method for treatment, a pressure reducing valve should be installed to control the speed of the combustible gas, and the gas should be released slowly to ensure complete combustion within the combustion device.

4. Treatment of toxic gases in the spray tower:

(1) When dealing with toxic gases, workers must wear protective equipment such as gas masks and gloves. Personnel not involved in the handling work are strictly prohibited from entering the toxic gas treatment area.

(2) The absorbents and adsorbents used in the treatment of toxic gases must be ensured to be effective before they can be put into use.
